I haven’t forgotten about the worship references cataloging project. I’m simply waiting until my copy of the ESV Reverse Interlinear Bible arrives.

I think—hope—they’re pretty close to releasing it, but they’ve been trying to put this edition out for nearly two years. I was intrigued by the idea when I first saw information about it in late 2004, at which time the release date was listed as March 2005 (if my memory serves me correctly). The date was eventually pushed back to October 2005, then early 2006 (March again?) and finally to September 2006. On the release date, Good News & Crossway‘s website no longer listed the volume as pre-order status, so I ordered it. I received a call the next day from Crossway saying that the first shipment had arrived but there was a problem with it and they had to be re-printed.

So I’m still waiting.
