UPDATE: Ok, I think I’ve finished the upgrades. The first one was actually done a few days ago. IsaiahSix is now available on your PDA or web-enabled cell phone. Your device will automatically load the correct version and if you’re surfing from a mobile device, it will load much faster now.
The second upgarde was finished this morning. In order to save space on the front page of the site, I have installed some code that will include a link that says, “Read more …” if the post is long enough to warrant such. Clicking on the “Read more …” link will load the rest of the post right there on the main page. It won’t reload the page or take you to another page, saving some time (hopefully). It didn’t work quite like I was hoping, so I’ve removed this “upgrade.” It made at least one copy of Firefox crash every time I invoked the script, and I don’t have the time or the advanced skills necessary to figure out why.
Just a little note to say that I’m trying to install a couple of upgrades to IsaiahSix. Not to the design (Tim Challies did a great job and it’s working great!) but to the functionality. If it seems a little wacky, that’s probably why.
