Taking up a new hobby like photography gives you a chance to see things you might not have seen before. I was fortunate enough growing up that I never had to deal with bullies. Reading news reports tells me the problem is increasing steadily. More often than not when news breaks of a shooting spree like Columbine, we later hear that the shooter had been bullied and finally snapped. That's My Boy!
My son doesn’t appear to be a natural when it comes to sports. He’s played city league soccer and he currently plays basketball in a Christian sports league. More often than not, he’s more interested in running around the field or court than he is in focusing on the task at hand, whether it’s drills or actual execution of the game. I missed the release of Shane & Shane’s latest album last year. I’m not really sure how that happened, but I’ve finally had an opportunity to listen to it a few times, and I’m glad to say it was worth the wait.
